AI that stays off until you say so

Portal answers, reply drafts, summaries and plain-language search — with your provider, your key and your budget.

Iskue's AI features are provider-pluggable and off by default. An administrator brings a key for Anthropic or any OpenAI-compatible endpoint, including a model you host yourself, and switches on only the features they want. Nothing is sent anywhere until then.

What you get

  • Portal answers — before a customer raises a request, the portal answers from your published, portal-visible articles — only when one is relevant enough — and counts the deflection.
  • Agent assist — a ticket summary, a reply draft that leaves internal notes out, and an "improve writing" button.
  • Request-type suggestion — on the portal and for agents, so requests land in the right queue.
  • Plain language → TQL — type what you are looking for and get a TQL query you can read, edit and save.
  • Your provider, your key — Anthropic or any OpenAI-compatible server — including a self-hosted one through a base URL. The key is write-only.
  • A budget that holds — a monthly token budget (2 million by default), usage per feature, and calls refused once the budget is spent.

Only what the user may read

Every AI call is scoped like the rest of Iskue: portal answers see only portal-visible articles; agent assist sees only the ticket and comments that agent can open, with restricted tickets honoured; plain-language search sees the grammar and the caller's own autocomplete values. Inputs are size-capped and treated as data, and logs record the feature, model, tokens and latency — never the content.
