Short, because there's little to tell

This site sets no cookies, runs no third-party scripts, and sends nothing to advertising or analytics services.

What we process

Like almost every website, our web server writes a standard access log when you load a page: your IP address, the page requested, the time, the referring page and your browser's user-agent string. We use these logs for two purposes, on the legal basis of legitimate interest (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)):

  • Security and operations — detecting abuse and keeping the site running.
  • Aggregate audience statistics — how many visitors we get, which pages they read, and which country they visit from. Statistics are computed with anonymized IP addresses and country-level geolocation only; no profile of you is built, and no data is shared with anyone.

When you contact us

The contact form sends us your name, email address, company if you give one, the topic and your message. They are stored as a request in our own Iskue instance, on our own server, and are not passed to anyone else. We use them only to answer you and follow up on that request (GDPR art. 6(1)(b), steps you ask for before a contract, and art. 6(1)(f) for general questions). We keep them as long as the conversation and any resulting business relationship need them, and delete them sooner if you ask.

Email you send to contact@iskue.com is relayed to our mailbox by Cloudflare's email routing service, which processes the message only to deliver it.

Retention and your rights

Raw server logs are deleted automatically after 14 days. The aggregate statistics contain no personal data. No cookies or similar identifiers are stored on your device, which is why this site shows no cookie banner — there is nothing to consent to.

Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data concerning you, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. For any request or question, contact Iskue at contact@iskue.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
